圖解：再狡猾的“狐貍”也難逃“獵人”掌心 

　　據(jù)中央紀(jì)委監(jiān)察部網(wǎng)站消息，在國際反腐敗日到來之際，12月9日，中央紀(jì)委監(jiān)察部官方網(wǎng)站開通反腐敗國際追逃追贓專欄，接受海內(nèi)外對(duì)逃往國（境）外的黨員和國家工作人員，及其涉嫌向國（境）外轉(zhuǎn)移違法違紀(jì)資產(chǎn)等線索的舉報(bào)，及時(shí)發(fā)布與反腐敗國際追逃追贓有關(guān)的政策法規(guī)和最新工作動(dòng)態(tài)。

　　黨的十八大以來，黨中央高度重視反腐敗國際追逃追贓工作，作出了一系列重要部署，積極推動(dòng)以追逃追贓為重點(diǎn)的反腐敗國際合作。《亞太經(jīng)合組織第二十二次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會(huì)議宣言》和《二十國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人布里斯班峰會(huì)公報(bào)》都強(qiáng)調(diào)，加強(qiáng)遣返或引渡腐敗官員、沒收和返還資產(chǎn)等方面的合作，拒絕為腐敗分子及其非法資產(chǎn)提供避風(fēng)港。此次開通專欄，將有助于深入開展反腐敗國際追逃追贓工作。中央反腐敗協(xié)調(diào)小組國際追逃追贓辦公室負(fù)責(zé)人表示，歡迎海內(nèi)外人士舉報(bào)外逃貪官及相關(guān)涉案人員在國（境）外居住地或落腳點(diǎn)、境內(nèi)外涉嫌違法違紀(jì)資產(chǎn)等情況，為執(zhí)法執(zhí)紀(jì)機(jī)關(guān)提供線索，有關(guān)部門將組織專人受理，并依法保護(hù)舉報(bào)人權(quán)利。

　　腐敗分子攜款外逃，敗壞黨風(fēng)黨紀(jì)，損害黨和政府形象，破壞社會(huì)公平正義，引發(fā)群眾強(qiáng)烈不滿，必須將其繩之以法。黨的十八大以來，黨中央高度重視反腐敗國際追逃追贓工作，作出了一系列重要部署，要求各有關(guān)部門加大工作力度，不能讓國（境）外成為一些腐敗分子的“避罪天堂”，不能讓外逃腐敗分子逍遙法外。《亞太經(jīng)合組織第二十二次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會(huì)議宣言》和《二十國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人布里斯班峰會(huì)公報(bào)》都強(qiáng)調(diào)了以追逃追贓為重點(diǎn)的反腐敗國際合作。為適應(yīng)工作深入發(fā)展的需要，中央紀(jì)委監(jiān)察部官方網(wǎng)站于2014年12月9日開通專欄，廣泛接受海內(nèi)外舉報(bào)。歡迎海內(nèi)外人士對(duì)逃往國（境）外的黨員和國家工作人員，及其涉嫌向國（境）外轉(zhuǎn)移違法違紀(jì)資產(chǎn)等線索進(jìn)行如實(shí)舉報(bào)。我們將組織專人及時(shí)受理，并依法保護(hù)舉報(bào)人權(quán)利。

　　CCDI/MOS Online Column to Receive Reports on Corrupt Fugitives and Overseas Corruption Proceeds

　　Corrupt officials who absconded abroad with corruption proceeds have ruined the Party ethics and discipline, dishonored the Party and the government, undermined social justice, and incited public resentment. Therefore, they must be brought to justice. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to fugitive repatriation and asset recovery. All competent departments are required to intensify their efforts and ensure that foreign countries and regions should not be safe havens for corrupt officials and corrupt officials should not escape from justice. The 22nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Declaration and G20 Leaders’ Communiqué Brisbane Summit record the commitment of world leaders to strengthening cooperation on corrupt fugitive repatriation and asset recovery.

　　Under this circumstance, on Dec 9th 2014, the Fugitive Repatriation and Asset Recovery Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Coordination Group will create a column on CCDI/MOS website to receive reports from home and abroad. Credible reports on clues of Party members and public officials who have fled or transferred suspected corruption proceeds abroad are encouraged. Specialized staff will be designated to handle the reports in a timely manner and the rights of whistleblowers will be protected in accordance with law.
